2026 dealer terms

Direct ordering. Invoice payment.

Online order policy

No minimum order and no shipping charge through the end of 2026. Every online instrument order includes the required $30 transportation case.

Invoice and deposit

Submit the order online; no payment is collected on the website. LeGuan reviews the order and sends the invoice separately. The 50% deposit confirms the order and the remaining 50% is due before shipment or delivery.

Lifetime structural warranty

Covers structural defects caused by materials or workmanship under normal use. Accidental damage, normal wear, improper care and climate-related damage are not covered.

Insurance and replacement protection

Protected, Hand-Selected and Retail-Ready include insurance through the 5-Year Replacement Protection program, currently allowing up to two replacements per registered instrument during the five-year period. Workshop Direct does not include insurance. Terms apply.

Hand-Selected delivery

LeGuan brings the selected models to the dealer location so the dealer can choose the exact instruments in person. Each Hand-Selected item is identified separately in the order and invoice.

Individual ordering options

Each instrument may use its own ordering option. Required case charges apply only to online instrument items, not Hand-Selected items or bows.
